The most recommended WordPress plugin for this is Yoast SEO or Google XML site map. Download the plugins and install on you WordPress blog then it will automatically create the sitemap for you.

You can view your website site map by going to yourwebsite.com/xml-sitemap.

Don’t also forget to submit and verify your sitemap to Google search console after generating it from the plugins. The Google search console will help you track and, monitor the number of click and impression you’re getting from search traffic.
