- When you log into your Roqqu account, click the drop-down menu under your username on the top right of any page and select “Settings”.
- In this menu, click “Delete Account”.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Delete account”.
- Click on the link that says “Delete account”. You will be prompted to enter your password, which is case-sensitive. If you don’t remember your password, type it in and click on “Forgot Password” to reset it for future use. This will delete the account from both Google Play and iTunes Store.
- Read the prompt and select a reason for deleting your account.
- The prompt will ask you to choose a reason for deleting your account.
You can select the option “Other” to indicate that you no longer use Roqu or want to cancel your subscription, or “Technical” if something has gone wrong with your computer software and this is preventing you from accessing our website.
How To Create A Roqqu Account
If there are no issues with either of these options, then select the option “Personal.” This will allow us access to all of the information stored on roqqu’s servers so that we can remove any accounts associated with them.
Type in your password, or click/tap “Send email” to receive an email link.
To delete your account, you must first create it. You can do this by clicking “Create Account” in the upper right corner of any page on roqqu.com and following the prompts to sign up for an account.
After creating an account, you’ll need to enter your password into the corresponding field at top of page (or click/tap “Send Email”). If you don’t remember what it was or have trouble remembering it, go back to step 1 and make sure you’ve typed in something that meets these requirements:
It must be between 6 and 30 characters long and must contain at least one letter and one number (with each number only being used once)
Must contain at least one uppercase letter
There are no specific rules about how many lowercase letters are required so long as there are enough other letters to form words.
You can delete roqqu account comfortably using any of the methods above. So fast and easy.
You need to enter your password and click on the link to delete your account.
